The agency specializes in private and corporate investigations, information gathering and analysis, cross-border matters, and assignments requiring a discreet and unconventional approach.
The team includes former operational officers and analysts specializing in digital footprint analysis, open-source intelligence, link analysis, and the development of evidence-based factual frameworks in complex matters. Today, the agency employs 8 analysts.
A significant part of our practice involves matters where formal information gathering alone is not sufficient. In such cases, the result depends not only on access to sources, but also on the quality of the analytical work — the ability to connect fragmented data, understand context, identify hidden relationships, and develop a practical strategy for further action.
We maintain professional relationships with colleagues and specialist partners in Russia and abroad, remain engaged in the international professional community, and handle matters involving foreign jurisdictions. This allows us to work effectively on cross-border assignments, international asset tracing, foreign company due diligence, and other investigations requiring local knowledge and external verification.
Our principal areas of practice include cross-border investigations, asset tracing, corporate investigations, competitive intelligence, digital footprint analysis, counterparty due diligence, and support in complex private matters.
The agency has representatives in Kaliningrad, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and Omsk. At the same time, a significant part of our work is carried out remotely, which allows us to serve clients throughout Russia and internationally.
We do not view an investigation as a collection of isolated measures, but as a decision-making tool. For that reason, the result of our work is not simply a body of collected information, but a structured analytical product suitable for negotiation, managerial, or legal use.
Agency Head
The agency is led by Alexey I. Sedykh — a retired police major, licensed private investigator, and member of the Association of Russian Detectives (ARD) and the International Association of Private Detectives (IAPD).
He is a graduate of the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, which he completed with honors and a gold medal. He later served in the criminal investigation units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Surgut, where he held both operational and supervisory positions.
During his years of service, he took part in the investigation of serious and especially serious crimes, received departmental commendations, and in 2013 won first place in the professional skills competition among criminal investigation officers of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra. He is also a combat veteran.
Since 2017, he has worked in the field of private investigations. His practice is built on a combination of operational experience, analytical thinking, and a clear understanding of how to structure work on complex and sensitive matters in the interests of businesses and private clients.
In 2023, by decision of the board of the Association of Russian Detectives, Alexey Sedykh was named Detective of the Year in the Business Economic Security category.
