Tracing a person abroad is not a matter of a single database query or a formal search through open sources. If someone is deliberately trying to disappear in another country, the work usually requires several interconnected lines of effort: digital footprint analysis, the review of family and business connections, and the involvement of local colleagues to obtain and verify information on the ground and carry out the necessary fieldwork.
